Marketing Birmingham
Marketing Birmingham is an organisation created to promote tourism and commerce in Britain’s second city. With an in depth marketing strategy they aim to further enhance Birmingham’s growing reputation as the place to be. A major part of their marketing activity is aimed at people and business outside of the city so their website and online strategy is key to their success in bringing those groups in.
Through workshops with stakeholders, and research into their peers and users, we were able to determine what content and features they should be offering on their website and via their important social media channels. We advised on how best these suggestions could be implemented and tested them with a selection of their target audience.
