The MHRA sought to improve how they delivered public health services, focusing on safeguarding the public through more efficient and user-centred processes. We were tasked with creating a service roadmap that would address gaps and enhance the user experience.
Our team used human-centred design principles to conduct in-depth research and collaborate with policymakers. By understanding the needs of both internal and external users, we identified areas where service delivery could be improved.
The result was a comprehensive service blueprint that outlined strategies for the MHRA to enhance its offerings and better serve the public. This roadmap provided a clear path for improving how public health initiatives are delivered, ensuring the agency stays aligned with its mission to safeguard health outcomes.
