Holiday Lettings are one of the UK’s leading providers of holiday rental accommodation. They help holidaymakers find places to stay by connecting them with holiday homeowners and property managers.
They approached us because they wanted to improve the sign-up process for holiday homeowners. Holiday Lettings assumed a more usable sign-up process would mean more successful registrations and more holiday homes on their database, and they were right.
We conducted a heuristic review of the existing process and provided recommendations for how design, content, navigation and online forms could be improved to deliver better online conversion.
