Vixio is a payment compliance platform that provides businesses with tools and intelligence to navigate global regulations, monitor regulatory changes, and ensure compliance in areas such as payments, gambling, and financial services.
Vixio needed to develop a new, customer-centric product that aligned with both user needs and business goals. They tasked us with conducting user research, validating design concepts, and creating a prototype that would resonate with their market.
We began by conducting stakeholder interviews and user testing to gain valuable insights. These informed the design concept and allowed us to map the customer journey, identifying key touchpoints that needed improvement.
Through careful user profiling and journey mapping, we created a UX prototype that reflected real customer needs. Our final design specifications ensured the development team could produce an MVP that met both market demand and internal business objectives.
