Revamping mobile banking for better usability

NatWest wanted to improve the usability of its mobile banking app. They asked us to perform a detailed audit of the app’s functionality and provide strategic recommendations to enhance navigation and overall user experience.

We conducted a thorough audit of the bank’s mobile app, working closely with senior stakeholders to identify key areas for improvement. Our focus was on refining the app’s navigation and ensuring more intuitive functionality for users.

Our strategic recommendations led to a more accessible and user-friendly mobile experience, setting the foundation for ongoing improvements. In addition, we mentored the design team to ensure they could continue to enhance the app’s UX over time.
